Overview
Our friendly and growing dental office is seeking an amotivated Dental Assistant or Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our team! If you’re passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a supportive, professional environment, we’d love to meet you.
Position Details- Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Based on Availability)
- Schedule:
Morning availability required - Pay:
Dental Assistant:
Starting at $16/hour, increases based on experience - Pay: EDDA:
Up to $30/hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take digital X-rays and impressions (as applicable)
- Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support front and back office operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Dental Assistant certification required
- EDDA certification required for EDDA applicants
- X-ray certification (preferred/required per state guidelines)
- Previous dental experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
