We want to validate your skillset. We offer a competitive salary that meets or exceeds Berthoud/Northern Colorado standards, with a pay scale that rewards the specific skills we’re looking for.

$22 – $30+ per hour (Commensurate with experience and advanced skillsets).

We specifically value and compensate for the following advanced skillsets:

• EDDA Certification:
  Proficiency in restorative functions.
• Phlebotomy Training:
  Experience with PRF/PRP protocols.
• Sleep Care Coordination:
  Knowledge of dental sleep medicine and appliance therapy.
• Leadership Mentality:
  Those who take initiative without being asked.
