General Dentistry
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days
• Requirements:
Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Basic Life Support (BLS), and use of Denticon Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
