Expanded Funtion Dental Assistant

• Competitive pay: $25–$35/hour based on experience
• Full‑time position with an awesome rotating schedule:
• Week 1:
  Monday–Thursday
• Week 2:
  Tuesday–Friday (That means every other weekend is a 4‑day weekend!)

In addition to expanded function and clinical responsibilities, this role includes leadership and operational duties that will continue to evolve as the practice grows.

• Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures
• Perform expanded function duties in accordance with state regulations
• Take digital radiographs and impressions
• Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside care
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Accurately chart treatment and update patient records

• Help coach, train, and support dental assistants
• Assist in creating efficient clinical workflows and systems
• Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and teamwork
• Support onboarding and development of new team members
• Manage and monitor dental and clinical supply ordering/inventory
• Help maintain an organized, fully stocked clinical environment
