Dental Hygienist - General & Cosmetic Dentistry

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial dental assessments and consult with dentists on patient care
• Perform preventive dental care including cleaning, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene strategies, such as how to brush, floss, and manage oral health
• Assist in the management of oral health diseases by providing appropriate treatments
• Document and maintain treatment records accurately
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the practice
