Overview
This UI/UX Designer role focuses on supporting mobile initiatives. The project involves high-quality design with product and engineering teams. The product is a premium offering in competitive industries such as Electric Power, Heavy & Civil Construction, Resources and Energy Management.
Responsibilities- Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members (70%)
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints (15%)
- Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards (15%)

- Required Combination Of
Education And Experience:- Bachelor's degree AND 8+ years in User Experience
- Certification in UX through a program AND 8+ years of experience in User Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent AND 12+ years working in User Experience
- Experience & Skills for the UI/UX Designer:
- Expert Figma skills – including Make
- Up-to-date with the latest features in Figma and knows how and when to apply them
- Low-, mid-, and high-fidelity visuals
- Prototyping
- IA flows and other experience flow diagrams
- Native and responsive mobile app design
- Knowledge and/or experience in equipment management or adjacent industries (e.g., airlines, mapping apps, Oil & Gas, Fintech)
- Excellent communication
- Self-starter
- Preferred Experience &
Skills:- Experience designing for enterprise applications specifically
- A UX generalist rather than a specialist
- Strong mobile experience and interest in continuing mobile work
- Collaborative, able to contribute and speak up while learning
- Demonstrated Figma file hygiene and technical knowledge
