Project Manager/Architect
Position Summary:
The Project Architect will lead all aspects of a project, including technical, business, design, and administrative components. They will work within a collaborative environment, creating meaningful work tailored to each particular site and client.

Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of projects, from pre‑design through construction observation.
- Supervise project phases, including technical, business, design, and administrative tasks.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff.
- Manage simultaneous projects, delegating responsibilities to the team as needed.
- Serve as both Project Manager and Project Architect in all project stages.
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- 5-10 years of experience managing multiple high‑end single‑family residential or hospitality projects from concept to completion.
- Minimum of one completed luxury residential project over 6,000 SF, managed from start to finish.
- Detail‑oriented and organized.
- Excellent listener and communicator, able to comprehend and disseminate information efficiently.
- Technically knowledgeable enough to provide mentorship to junior staff.
- Proven track record in supervising all project aspects, expert use of Revit, and strong 3D rendering skills with tools like Twimmotion or Lumion.
- Must be able to perform the duties of both Project Manager and Project Architect.

- At the time of posting, the salary range is $80,000‑$120,000—actual compensation depends on experience, market factors, and internal equity.
