The Project Manager
- Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Edwards, CO. This position is responsible for managing architectural projects from concept through construction, including planning, design development, coordination with consultants, and oversight of project schedules and budgets. Daily activities include leading project meetings, reviewing drawings and specifications, ensuring code compliance, and coordinating with contractors, expeditors, and regulatory agencies to keep projects on track.
The role involves regular site visits for inspections, monitoring construction progress, and resolving design and construction issues. The Project Manager
- Architect collaborates closely with internal design teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated projects that meet client goals and budget parameters.
- Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software - expert in Revit required and familiarity with building codes.

- Project Management skills to plan, organize, and oversee architectural projects, including scope, schedule, and budget control.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage permits, approvals, and coordination with regulatory agencies and third-party vendors.
- Inspection experience to perform site visits, review construction work, and verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate materials, resources, and workflow among design teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and progress toward or completion of architectural licensure.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience in residential, resort, or commercial projects is preferred; prior work with budget-conscious design solutions is beneficial.
