Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (clinic hours), 4:00 pm - 7:00 am (night call) Saturday-Sunday: 24-hour call (7:00 am - 7:00 am) Setting:
Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III FTE: 0.5 Required Procedures/
Job Duties:
Seeing patients in clinic, performing various procedures in the operating room EMR: EPIC Support Staff:
Medical Assistants (MAs), Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants (NP/PAs), Registered Nurses (RNs) Reason for Coverage:
Locum coverage during provider recruitment Additional Facility Details:
Average Patients Seen per Day During Clinic: 6-12 patients Certification/License Requirements:
Board Certified in Urology, Active Colorado License or IMLC (Letter of Qualification in hand at submission), Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, DEA Registration Shift(s)
