This is a full-time outpatient Family Medicine position offering a flexible schedule, a collaborative practice environment, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients in a welcoming rural community.
Position Highlights- Full-time outpatient Family Medicine
- Flexible schedule: 4 10-hour days or 5 8-hour days
- Rotating Saturday clinic coverage
- Collaborative, team-oriented practice
- Competitive salary starting at $250,000 (based on experience)
- 30 days PTO
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement)
- CME allowance and malpractice coverage
- Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine
- Manage preventive, chronic, and acute care
- Coordinate care with hospital and specialty services as needed
- Participate in quality improvement and team-based care
- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital serving northeastern Colorado
- Integrated health system with primary care clinics and hospital services
- Strong commitment to high-quality, community-focused care
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- DEA certification and current BLS/ACLS (or ability to obtain)
- Practice relationship-based medicine in a supportive rural community
