• Shift Description:
  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (clinic hours), 4:00 pm - 7:00 am (night call)
  • Saturday-Sunday: 24-hour call (7:00 am - 7:00 am)
• Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
• FTE: 0.5
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic, performing various procedures in the operating room
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Medical Assistants (MAs), Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants (NP/PAs), Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Reason for Coverage: Locum coverage during provider recruitment

Additional Facility Details:

• Average Patients Seen per Day During Clinic: 6-12 patients
• Certification/License Requirements: Board Certified in Urology, Active Colorado License or IMLC (Letter of Qualification in hand at submission), Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, DEA Registration
• Shift(s) Description: Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Hourly), 4:00 pm - 7:00 am (Night call);
  Saturday-Sunday: 24-hour call (7:00 am - 7:00 am)
• Weekend Requirements: Yes, 24-hour call (7:00 am - 7:00 am)
• On-Call Requirements: Night call (4:00 pm - 7:00 am) and 24-hour call (7:00 am - 7:00 am)
