Position Type: Part Time

After school Support – Part Time at Eagle County Charter Academy. Supervisor:
Principal & After school Director.

Supervises assigned students and maintains a positive after school care environment. Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members.

• Promote and maintain student behavior expectations conducive to a safe community.
• Support students with homework as needed.
• Establish and demonstrate positive relations with students, parents, other staff members, and the community.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and security of all student information.
• Comply with School policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Collaborative professional development through teaming with other teachers.
• A school culture that promotes professional growth, collaboration among teachers and student learning.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Colorado substitute license preferred.
• Certifications as required by After school Program regulations (paid for by ECCA).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
