* $40,000 - $50,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience.

Position Overview:

Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coordinator of Student Life for our Rangely Campus. The coordinator will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a safe living and learning environment that promotes student well being, mental health and engagement. This position is responsible for supervising Resident Assistants (RAs) and working closely with other Student Life and Student Services departments to enhance the overall student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Housing & Residence Life:
Manage housing operations (assignments, access, maintenance, safety compliance), oversee move-in/out, and supervise, train, and evaluate Resident Assistants to support a safe, engaged residential community.

* Student Engagement &

Collaboration:

Develop and implement programs and activities that foster student engagement; advise student leadership groups and clubs; collaborate with academic departments, campus offices, and the local community to enhance student success.

* Student Wellness & Support:
Provide case management, crisis response, and referrals; coordinate wellness initiatives and assessments; partner with campus stakeholders to promote holistic student wellbeing and retention.

* Conduct, Compliance & Assessment:
Support student conduct processes and documentation; ensure adherence to regulations (Clery Act, Title IX, FERPA, ADA, VAWA) and institutional policies; assist with co-curricular assessment aligned with HLC accreditation standards

* Occasional evening/weekend and on-call coverage as required.

Qualifications:

* Strong commitment to student development and success.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.

* Experience in student affairs or a related field is preferred.
