The position includes complete paid training in our highly-developed proprietary methodology, so a long track record of swimming is not necessary. We teach in mostly small venues that allow you to get to know your kids and allow them get to know you!

Successful instructors come from many different backgrounds. Many have been a lifeguard, babysitter, camp counselor, teacher, and many are currently a student in high school or college. If you like swimming, sports (kinesiology), teaching and education, customer service, or are retired and looking for meaningful use of your time, this could be a wonderful opportunity for you.

Although we teach swimming to all ages and abilities, the majority of our students are pre-school and elementary-age children, so you must love kids

Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude.

The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
