Job Description

We operate on a four-day school week with bi-monthly professional learning Fridays, emphasizing community, innovation, and balance. Our focus is on knowing, supporting, and challenging every student to explore their interests and achieve their best. Staff thrives in a culture of trust and teamwork, supported by a collaborative leadership committed to growth.

Surrounded by outdoor recreation, rich history, and a caring community, Mancos is a place to belong. Join us to make a difference in students' lives.

Responsible for developing healthy students and community: District Elementary Teacher is a “designer of learning” who moves beyond a traditional approach to create an active, engaging learning environment.
