This opportunity offers a contract-to-hire position for an Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in school-based services, located in the Watkins, CO area. This role involves providing therapy services at two educational settings, designed with flexibility to accommodate part-time hours and a variable schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students at Sky Ranch Academy and Capstone Academy.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Active Special Service Provider (SSP) license issued by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) is required.
• Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and school personnel.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and work part-time hours as needed.

Schedule and Location Details:

• 28 or 14 hours per week, with the director open to part-time hours and flexible scheduling.
• Time split between two locations:
  • Sky Ranch Academy, 849 N Carrie St, Watkins, CO 80137 (3 days/week)
  • Capstone Academy, 17801 E 88th Ave, Commerce City, CO 80022 (1 day/week)
