You'll work full-time as a Special Education Teacher/Case Manager, supporting either a middle school or high school caseload. Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Special Education Certificate (CO SPED Certificate required)
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager, preferably in a school setting
• Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments

Responsibilities:

• Manage special education caseloads (middle or high school)
• Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs
