You'll work full-time as a Special Education Teacher/Case Manager, supporting either a middle school or high school caseload. Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Special Education Certificate (CO SPED Certificate required)
- Experience working as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager, preferably in a school setting
- Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Manage special education caseloads (middle or high school)
- Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs
- Support data-driven decision-making and compliance
