Estes Park School District is seeking a motivated Spanish‑speaking candidate to connect with students in the school district. This individual will support the school's efforts to engage non‑English proficient students, offering consistent on‑site support to school staff and students to encourage effective communication and facilitate deep learning.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of typical office equipment such as telephones, copiers, fax machines, email.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong Spanish–English bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Time‑management skills.

• Experience in an educational environment.
• Experience working with school‑age children, including those with behavioral challenges.
• Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse students.
• Availability to pass a criminal background check and required fingerprinting.

• Monitor and reinforce appropriate student behavior during various activities such as play, lunch, in‑school suspension, or in the classroom as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Hourly rate is $19.73 to $22.32 with single benefits. Up to five years of similar work experience may be granted. Positions are open until filled. Estes Park School District R-3 is an equal opportunity employer.
