ASSISTANT VOLLEYBALL COACH

SalaryPer Board approved Coaching Salary Schedule - $875.50
Qualifications- Coaching experience at the middle school or high school level desired.
- Playing experience in high school and college preferred.
- Evidence of continued pursuit of coaching education.
- Minimum of 3 references to support character, leadership qualities and validate experience.
Coaches report to the school athletic director and the school principal.
- Be an active positive member of the faculty.
- Teach sound, safe fundamentals in progression to enhance the athlete's opportunity to succeed.
- Establish and execute sound and proven offensive and defensive strategies.
- Monitor athletes' behavior on the court, classroom and community.
- Work with athletic director on budget and supply orders.
- Assist athletic director with court maintenance and preparation.
- Distribute, collect and inventory equipment and supplies.
- Establish and maintain sound communications with parents, boosters and community.
