The 2026‑2027 School Year at Elk Creek Elementary, located in New Castle, Colorado, invites a dedicated educator to lead our preschool program. Our mission is to empower children to become extraordinary through strong student work, family partnership, and staff dedication.

Position Summary: Plan, organize, and implement a developmentally appropriate preschool environment that guides and encourages children’s development and learning. Support all aspects of instruction in the classroom and work with students alone or in small groups under the general supervision of the Preschool Site Director. Perform clerical duties, documentation, record keeping, and assistance with daily functions such as toileting, feeding, diapering, life‑skills instruction, and behavior management.

Collaborate with a team and promote good community relationships among families and school personnel.

• High School or Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.

Salary Range (District Experience): $20.16 - $44.50 per hour

Salary Range (No District Experience): $20.16 - $21.82 per hour
