  • Operations & Logistics:
Coordinate daily operations and transportation. Implement camper enrollment procedures and camp rosters. Point of contact for families on logistics and feedback.

  • Is adept at supervising and inspiring a diverse seasonal team of counselors and educators.
  • Can model safety‑first behavior and nurture positive group dynamics.
  • Is flexible, creative, resourceful, and thrives in an outdoor and dynamic setting.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Spanish language skills and experience with diverse youth populations are a plus.
Why Join Mountain Roots?
