Campus Coordinator of Enrollment Services

Under the general supervision of a designated campus administrator, the Campus Coordinator of Enrollment Services serves in a leadership role for enrollment and registration. This position is responsible for departmental coordination to ensure successful and accurate enrollment and registration for students and requires integration with academic and student services, financial aid, testing, scholarships, and CEPA.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise front‑office operations, team members, and certain campus student support service functions.
  • Oversee full‑time and part‑time front desk staff and set the tone for first impressions of the college.
  • Lead hiring committees for enrollment services and collaborate with HR to schedule staff during peak and quiet periods, approve leave requests, evaluate performance, provide coaching and discipline as required.
  • Review and approve timesheets and implement procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency, including registration workflows.
  • Provide troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and customer‑service training.
  • Coordinate and supervise phases of work, develop efficient systems, and communicate information campus‑wide.
  • Prepare, maintain, verify, distribute documents and student records, and generate reports.
  • Oversee, monitor, and prepare the annual budget for the enrollment services department.
  • Order campus office and educational supplies, assess and collect fees and tuition, and monitor maintenance of office equipment (computers, copiers, etc.).
  • Recommend facility and equipment needs.
  • Assist in coordinating programs, events, and special activities at the campus.
  • Collaborate on increasing enrollment or retention through data from Institutional Research and other sources.
  • Serve on committees, task forces, and special projects (scholarships, graduation, CEPA).
  • Attend and lead meetings with staff and departments.
  • Work with marketing and communications to develop or produce promotional materials and maintain store inventory.
  • Coordinate designated student support services with Central Services departments (registrar, testing, scholarships, financial aid, counseling, disability services).
  • Work closely with the accounts manager to resolve student account issues.
  • Organize all student information files and maintain databases to ensure accurate data.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and three years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Knowledge of standard administrative and business methods and procedures; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Access, Publisher, Photoshop, and InDesign is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and electronic mail; ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) or conversational language abilities are preferred.
  • Commitment to working effectively with students, employees, and community members of all backgrounds.

Hiring range: $64,750.40 – $71,947.20 annually ($31.13 – $34.59 per hour) based on education and experience.

Special Conditions of Employment
  • Successful completion of a background check, including motor vehicle records.
  • Travel within the college district, altered work schedule, and occasional evening/weekend hours may be required.

Working Conditions
  • Constant sitting, occasional walking, standing, and driving; occasional handling, pushing, and pulling of objects.
  • Frequent reaching, finger movements, and occasional lifting, carrying, and handling of objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Constant written and oral communication; reasoning, analysis, and calculation required.
  • Daily use of a computer and standard office equipment; occasional vehicle operation.
