Cedaredge Elementary School 1:1 Special Education Paraprofessional
Full Time
7 Hours per Day
171 days per year
School Year
$17.19/hour + Depending on Experience

- Proven ability to work with special needs children
- General knowledge of school curriculum
- Ability to work under the supervision of special education teachers
- Experience may include exposure to students with social/emotional behavior issues
- Required to meet Highly Qualified status (High School Diploma/GED and Associate degree or 48 hours of college credit or passed the Work Keys test)
- Must pass and pay for a Fingerprint/Background Check
- Must be willing to complete the Work Keys Test or have 48 hours of College Credits
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling, walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, lifting and supporting students.
