Special Education Teacher - Red Cliff

Located in the beautiful Red Cliff, CO area, you'll work collaboratively with staff and families to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Delivering individualized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs in grades PK-5
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), collaboratively setting goals with parents, teachers, and service providers
• Utilizing evidence-based strategies to foster student engagement and positive behavior
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed to maximize student achievement
• Communicating regularly with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed and involved
• Partnering with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and classroom environments

• Current teaching certification in Special Education or eligibility for certification in Colorado
• Experience working with elementary students in a special education capacity preferred
• Proficiency with IEP development, documentation, and compliance processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping diverse learners realize their full potential
• Flexibility, creativity, and commitment within a collaborative team environment
