Overview

Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is seeking a .6 FTE Multilingual Learner (English Learner) teacher for the 2026-27 school year to provide services to multilingual students at LPES and RKES. Must have, or be eligible for, a Colorado teaching license with appropriate endorsement. The start date for new teachers is July 31, 2026.

The salary range is $44,550 up to $75,279, dependent on education and experience levels. Exact placement on the salary schedule is determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, placement can reflect up to 18 years of previous contractual teaching experience on Step 19 per school board policy. All full-time employees (employed at least 30 hours per week) are eligible for PERA retirement and health insurance plans, with options including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
