Dash Strom Coaches do learn Dash Strom's proprietary and proven curriculum. Get support, class by class. Classes run weekly, in 30 to 60-minute formats; or in weeklong Summer Camps. Coaches develop physical and mental strength in each child.
These are seasonal and part-time contract coaching positions. Each has the potential to expand to more sites and full-time opportunities.
About the Role:

Ideal Candidates:
Substitute or preschool teachers; candidates for MSW, CSWE; college students studying education or child development; youth sports coaches, artists; fitness, yoga instructors; parents or caregivers with experience in childcare, education.
What You'll Do:
Receive training in Dash Strom's proprietary curriculum; lead week-long summer camps for children; create an energetic, encouraging environment for kids; communicate regularly with the Dash Strom team; option to expand into future coaching opportunities.
Requirements: 18+ with experience working with children; energetic, reliable, and caring; punctual, reliable, with own transportation; background check and clearances required.
