Job Description:
Primary ResponsibilityUnder the general supervision of a designated supervisor, the Concurrent Enrollment Program Coordinator supports the Concurrent Enrollment program in their local district. The primary role is tosupport the partnership between the local school districts(LEPs/Local Education Providers) and CMC campuses, build relationships with school district personnel, coordinate all aspects of the Concurrent Enrollment program between the LEPs andCMC, identify concurrent enrollment opportunities for students, and coordinate enrollment, testing, and related duties.
Pre-requisitesfor Position (Qualifications Standards)
Education and experience necessary to meet the rigors of the position. Examples may include a Bachelor’s Degree and two years related experience, or equivalent education and experience thatwill provide the necessary knowledge, skill and abilities toperform the functions of the position.
Special skills or abilities which are directly applicable to the position:basic technology applications; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties; experience with organizing and coordinating events; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; computer skills and proficiency with common software such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge of procedures and equipment, current office practices, concurrent enrollment programs, placement procedures and requirements, LEP and college operations designed, familiarity with academic, transfers andcareer advising.

Hiring range = $68,494.40 - $76,107.20 ($32.93 - $36.59 hourly) annual salary depending upon a combination of education and experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Pet insurance, retirement contribution, tuition reimbursement, annual & sick time, mental health resources,healthy lifestyle benefits, affordable transitional housing may be available to the successful candidate based on eligibility and availability, relocation if applicable. CMC utilizes a wage progression compensation model that accounts for a candidate’sskill and experience.
Although a salary range is listed, salary will be set commensurate with the successful candidate’squalifications and in compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Minimum Qualifications:Essential Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with school district personnel.
- Serve as liaison between CMC campus and school districts.
- Educate and promote Concurrent Enrollment and ASCENT program sand courses to students, including orientations, high school registration events, presentations, small and individual meetings,and related events.
- Provide comprehensive support in partnership with LEPs and CMCcampus for all Concurrent Enrollment activities, including admissions, coordinating placement testing, registration, schedule changes, and administrative duties applicable to Concurrent Enrollment.
