Van Tran Industries, Inc. seeks a Welder Instructor to design and deliver hands-on welding training for new hires and experienced workers. You will develop curricula, run workshops, assess trainee progress, and ensure compliance with welding codes and safety standards.
You will collaborate with department managers to identify skill gaps, update materials, and stay current with industry best practices. This full-time role is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional weekend availability.
