Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is looking for a special education paraprofessional beginning with the 2026-27school year
. Must be willing and able to work with students with severe needs in the Severe Needs Program at our Middle School.

Must be willing and able to support students with a variety of special needs.

Must be a flexible team player and have the genuine desire to work with middle school ages.

Must be able to assist in small group activities or work one-on-one to follow the educational support plans for the students.

This is a full time position, working on all student contact days plus three professional development days determined by the principal.
The starting hourly wage for this position is $19.95 - $21.51depending on previous experience. A higher starting wage rate may be granted to applicants who hold one of the following: a current Colorado educator's license, bachelor's degree, RBT certification, CNA license or RMA/CMA certificate. This position is full time, 7.5 hrs per day, and is eligible for benefits.
