What You'll Do As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and Wonder of Learning curriculum
• Creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with children and families
• Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Maintaining classroom organization and licensing standards
• Collaborating with fellow teachers and school leadership

What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable, energetic educators who:

• Have experience working with young children
• Are passionate about early childhood education
• Communicate effectively with families and coworkers
• Work well as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and growth mindset
• Meet Colorado licensing requirements for Early Childhood Teachers

• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework
• 1+ year of classroom experience
• Experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, preschool, or early learning environment
