Join our dynamic team as an Early Childhood Educator focused on creating an enriching learning environment for young learners. We are seeking a passionate individual who is dedicated to fostering the development and growth of early childhood students. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing instructional strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive academically and socially.

ESSENTIAL JOB ELEMENTS:
General Education
- Teaches curriculum appropriate to early childhood.
- Plans learning, including selection of content, instructional strategies, differentiated instructions and assessments, appropriate for all early childhood learners.
- Adapts and monitors instruction to meet the learning needs of all students, increasing the probability of advancing their achievement.
- Promotes and maintains student behavior expectations conducive to learning, maximizing learning time.
- Establishes and demonstrates positive human relations with students, parents, other staff members and the community.
- Maintains an ongoing program of professional growth that meets District expectations and personal professional goals.
- Ensures the accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and security of all student information.
- Completes all paperwork in a timely fashion.
- Participates actively in the adopted District evaluation process.
- Provides a strong foundation for the connection between home and school.
- Responsible for on-going communication or committees with parents and families.
Administrative
- Hire, schedule, supervise and evaluate preschool teacher assistants as primary preschool teachers. Lead weekly planning and staff meetings.
- Collect and maintain required information in staff files, according to licensing regulations.
- Plan and deliver staff training for preschool staff.
- Monitor preschool site budget.
- Supervise and monitor student enrollment and required paperwork.
