Ballet Instructor – Upper Level & Pointe | Sundays & Mondays

Elite Dance Academy is hiring an experienced Ballet Instructor to join our faculty now, with immediate teaching opportunities available on Sundays and Mondays.

We are specifically looking for an instructor who loves working with middle and high school dancers and is confident teaching upper-level ballet, pre-pointe, and pointe.

The Opportunity

You’ll step into an established dance program with dancers who are ready to learn, grow, and be challenged.

Our ideal teacher combines strong technical knowledge with warmth, high expectations, and the ability to genuinely connect with young dancers.

Current openings include Sunday and Monday classes, with opportunities for additional teaching, productions, and substitute classes throughout the season.

What You’ll Do

Teach upper-level ballet, pre-pointe, and pointe with a focus on technique, strength, artistry, and safe progression
Create challenging, engaging, and well-structured classes
Build meaningful relationships with middle and high school dancers
Foster a positive classroom culture where dancers feel supported while being held to high standards
Prepare dancers for performances, evaluations, and studio events
Collaborate with fellow faculty members to provide consistent, exceptional training

What We’re Looking For

Strong ballet training and teaching experience
Experience teaching intermediate and/or advanced dancers
Knowledge of pre-pointe and pointe training and safe progression
Ability to connect with teenagers while maintaining high expectations
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Dependable, prepared, professional, and collaborative
A genuine passion for developing both strong dancers and strong young people
