Youll play a key role from Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, supporting learners and collaborating with dedicated professionals.

• Active Special Education Teacher certification (required)
• Previous experience working with elementary-age children in special education settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet a variety of learning needs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and a team-focused attitude

• Delivering individualized and small-group instruction for students with varying exceptionalities
• Developing and modifying lesson plans based on unique student needs and IEPs
• Collaborating with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student growth
• Monitoring progress and documenting student achievements
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere
• Participating in IEP meetings and relevant team discussions
