With approximately 13,000 students, LPS offers a comprehensive education from preschool through Grade 12 at ten elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools, several alternative programs, a central preschool, and two charter schools.

Our Nutrition Services Employee position:

• Work a school schedule (no nights or weekends, holidays and breaks off) 179 days per year M-F
• Hours vary per position. Available hours from 4-8 hrs per day.
• Pay:
  Starting at $19.41/hr
• Full benefits including health, dental, PERA, life

What you will be doing:

• Serving nutritious and attractive meals to students daily (both breakfast and lunch)
• Helping plan and prepare meals for students
• Developing and promoting good community relations amongst various community and school clientele including but not limited to students, parents, administration and school based staff.
• Working a food service register and interacting with students
• Practicing safe and clean work habits

Starting salary range: $19.41 per hour + benefits. Additional compensation is determined based on relevant experience. Work year: 179 days
