Job Title
The waste management site guardian's main mission is to ensure the reception, guidance of various users, and the smooth operation of sorting waste at a waste management site. Activities include: controlling and directing user contributions with available equipment, providing physical and telephone reception, informing and educating users about sorting objectives and guidelines, verifying access rights and regulating entry, occasionally assisting users in their unloading tasks, loading and moving crates and pallets, handling crates and pallets, loading and moving with manual pallet jacks for D3E caissons (+150 kg), battery crates (+150 kg), and other material caissons (+150 kg), reloading with the help of a telescopic forklift, transporting waste to TRINOVAL outlets or other buyers, verifying and assisting in the distribution of waste, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety rules, managing common issues caused by users, receiving, differentiating, sorting, and storing special household waste (DMS) and professional waste, ensuring user safety by detecting and managing risk situations for people and/or property, de-escalating tense situations with users and implementing conflict regulation measures related to non-compliance with the waste management site's internal regulations, completing and compiling various operational documents, arranging for waste removals by optimizing routes, managing the state and maintenance of the waste management site (opening/closing, cleanliness, basic maintenance, damages, etc.)

- SOCIO-PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE: internal regulations and site guidelines (traffic rules, etc.); cleaning techniques and equipment; current standards; sorting rules; waste typology and classification; hazardous waste; waste handling and storage authorization; waste valorization, reuse, and treatment channels; reception procedures, deposit guidelines; CACES, C permit. Shift work, variable weather conditions, physical labor. Mobility to other sites. Weekend work.
