Job Title

The main duties of the waste disposal site guardian are to ensure the reception, guidance of various users, and the smooth operation of sorting waste at a waste disposal site. Activities include: controlling and directing user contributions with available equipment, providing physical and telephone reception, informing and educating users about sorting objectives and guidelines, verifying access rights and regulating entry rights, occasionally assisting users with unloading tasks, loading and moving crates and pallets, handling crates and pallets, loading and moving with manual pallet jacks of D3E caissons (over 150 kg), battery crates (over 150 kg), and other material caissons (over 150 kg), reloading with the help of a telescopic forklift, transporting waste to TRINOVAL outlets or their buyers, verifying and assisting in the distribution of waste, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety rules, managing common issues caused by users, receiving, differentiating, sorting, and storing special household waste (DMS) and professional waste, ensuring user safety: detecting and managing risk situations for people and/or property, identifying and de-escalating tense situations with users and implementing conflict regulation means related to non-compliance with the site's internal regulations, receiving, differentiating, sorting, and storing DMS and professional waste, applying and enforcing the current waste disposal site regulations, filling out and compiling various operational documents, arranging waste removal by optimizing rotations, maintaining the state and cleanliness of the waste disposal site (opening/closing, cleanliness, basic maintenance, damages).

- SOCIO-PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE: site internal regulations and guidelines (traffic rules, etc.), cleaning techniques and materials, current standards, sorting rules, waste typology and classification, hazardous waste, qualification for handling and storing waste, waste valorization, reuse, and treatment channels, reception procedures, deposit guidelines; CACES, C permit;
Shift work, adverse weather conditions, physical labor, mobility to other sites, weekend work.
