POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Electrical Specialist/Lead brings an understanding of quality to Fading West that our customers expect in their homes. This individual elevates the overall skills and knowledge of the electrical team by acting as a mentor and trainer to other Fading West team members. This individual must be highly flexible and humble and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

? Strong in teaching and training electrical skills and abilities

? Ability to perform electrical tests and trouble shoot failed tests

? Teaches and trains plumbing team to achieve desired production goals is essential

? Interpret electrical code and transfer to projects and other staff

? Performs Electrical activities to support production

? Assists in helping inform our processes and procedure in our electrical department

? Communicates and coordinates with other trade teams to achieve productions goals without sacrificing safety and quality

? Leads the activities of the various electrical assembly operations

? Determines areas of improvement in the electrical design and production process

? Performs all other tasks necessary to support production

Qualifications

? Understand basic home shop drawings

? High attention to detail

? Excellent teaching and training skills

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Flexibility within the workday is a must

? Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

? Organizational, planning, and documentation skills

? Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
