Berthoud, CO | In-Office | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Are you ready to kick off your engineering career working hands‑on with radar systems, antennas, and embedded technology? We’re on a mission to deliver advanced gap‑filling weather radar powered by active electronically steered array (AESA) antennas and multi‑channel software‑defined radio (SDR). Our technology enables real‑time weather now casting and short‑to‑medium‑range forecasting نشاط communities prepare and respond faster.

What You’ll Do- Design and develop mixed‑signal and power/control circuits for radar and communication systems.
- Create schematic designs and perform PCB layout and verification using Altium Designer.
- Prototype, test, and debug circuit boards using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
- Program microcontrollers to control RF components and built‑in test functions.
- Collaborate with RF, mechanical, and software engineers on system integration and performance validation.
- Document designs, test results, and support transition to manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in circuit design 반드시 PCB layout, or electronics testing (internships and projects welcome!).
- Understanding of analog and digital design fundamentals, including op‑amps, ADCs/DACs, filters, and transistors.
- Interest in power electronics, mixed‑signal design, or embedded control.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (Altiumangements Designer preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a hands‑on R&D environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

- Salary $80K–$150K + PTO, medical, 401(k)
