Senior Energetics Manufacturing Engineer

This role involves overseeing the manufacturing process of solid rocket motors, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. A strong background in aerospace engineering, materials science, and hands-on manufacturing experience with solid rocket motors is essential.

• Design and optimize energetic manufacturing processes.
• Manage the production of energetic materials, ensuring standards compliance.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate manufacturing processes.
• Develop process control methods to improve efficiency and quality.
• Perform failure analysis and address manufacturing defects.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor manufacturing staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or sciences.
• 4-10 years of experience in energetics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of solid rocket motor design and manufacturing.
• Experience with process control, quality assurance, and failure analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• 6+ years in energetics manufacturing.
• Experience with new system deployment, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automated systems.

Base pay range: $115,000 - $145,000/year, dependent on experience and skills.
