We are looking for a talented Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing team in Henderson, CO.

** Education, Licenses,

Certifications:

** College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

** Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.

This role will support DBU Supply Chain sites in the West Region (Irvine, Denver, Edmonton).

** Core Responsibilities / Activities*
* 1. Lead execution of manufacturing and capital projects from concept through implementation, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.

2. Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems to improve operational performance and manufacturing readiness.

3. Serve as the technical lead for cross-functional project teams, driving risk mitigation, issue resolution, equipment commissioning, and successful project delivery.

** Skill, Education, or Experience Requirements*
* 1. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field, with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
