- ** What does this role look like?*
* Lockheed Martin seeks a talented Requirements & Verification  R&V  engineer to join the team  As an R&V engineer, you will:

- Develop/analyze/verify system level requirements and document & manage accordingly

- Plan and coordinate the requirements verification and validation process

- Coordinate with customer and other contractors to execute verification analyses and tests

- Coordinate program resources, personnel, requirements, and deliverables

- Organize/coordinate system level technical reviews

- Ensure the systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into system solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints

- Provide systems engineering support, to include but not limited to requirements tracking, risk management, architecture evaluation

- Work with senior engineers to understand the overall program and engineering execution

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical STEM degree

- 3  years systems engineering experience within systems analysis, requirements decomposiiton, management and verification planning

- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, leveraging MSBE or R&V tools  Cameo, Rhapsody, etc  

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, thus US Citizenship is required

Skills:

* - Must be able to successfully meet deadlines and execute to a strict timeline

- Experience utilizing tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, 3DX, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools

- Experience with Agile workflows and software  Jira, Git Lab

- Ability to work with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements

- Experience using software tools  such as MS Excel, JIRA and Access

- Past Internship/Work Experience in a technically collaborative and team based environment

** Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 9x80 every other Friday off

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York  excluding most major metropolitan areas , Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300    $157,550  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
