Pre Sales Engineer

Job Title

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical proposals aligned with business needs, as well as supporting, presenting, and justifying cybersecurity solution architectures, with a focus on the administration and positioning of the Palo Alto brand. You also provide value through the analysis of requirements, commercial support, and specialized technical advice to ensure efficient and competitive solutions.

• Visit clients to understand technical needs.
• Design and structure pre-sales proposals to support the sales area.
• Implement the solution.
• Contact manufacturers to evaluate new products and gain knowledge of them. Take the required certifications for adequate role performance and timely response to assigned requirements.
• Provide training to channels according to the product and offer support in the implementation of the solution.

• Required academic level:
  Professional in Systems Engineering or Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Trend Micro cybersecurity solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of total experience.
• Previous positions, areas, role:
  Pre-sales engineer, consultancy, or pre-sales engineer.
• Desired sector:
  Technology.
