Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Orion Senior Systems Engineer. Be a part of the Artemis and Orion teams taking astronauts to the Moon and beyond.
As a Senior Systems Engineer on the Orion program, you will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and execution of hardware and software integration activities for the Denver Vehicle Management Computer (VMC) Test Bench (VTB), Support Software Development Lab (SSDL), and Orion Utility Network Lab (OUNL) in support of Artemis III and future missions.
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S in Engineering or related degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in integrated avionics and software test environment
- Demonstrated experience in reading and working to mechanical and electrical engineering drawings
- Willing to work extended hours, including 2nd shifts and weekends, in support of test activities
- US Citizen required to perform this task
Desired
Skills:
- Current or former Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with test engineering experience using Automation Framework
- Familiarity with Orion spacecraft architecture, subsystems and Orion Flight Software architecture
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and dynamic schedules
- Works effectively independently and as part of a team
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
