Job Entry Level Mechanical Engineer Life Sciences Location Broomfield CO Build Your Career with GBAThe Life Sciences team at GBA is growing and in need of a candidate in our headquarters office in Lenexa Kansas Serving many of the worlds top 20 bio pharma companies the Life Sciences group is an integrated team of architects engineers commissioning specialists project managers and construction managers Project assignments include manufacturing facilities research facilities clean room R&DQA labs and pilot plants Entry level Engineers work closely with GBAs senior staff in the design of mechanical systems associated with pharmaceutical industrial warehouse and office facilities
What Youll Do- Design various mechanical systems such as HVAC plumbing and HVAC controls
- Prepare construction documents for various mechanical systems
- Review of shop drawings and RFIs
- Verification of permitting and code requirements
- Assist with facility evaluation and engineering studies
- Assist with troubleshooting and commissioning
- BS in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering0 2 years of experience
- Adept at working on fast paced projects
- Seeking a collaborative team environment to work in our multi disciplined office environment
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD
- REVIT experience is a plus
