The Ski Valet Supervisor shift involves delivering equipment to ski‑in/ski‑out Hotel Madeline guests, offering our support service and checking equipment in and out during the customers’ stay. The position is based in the Hotel Madeline Valet located by the top of the Chondola at the Telluride Resort Mountain Village. You will work closely with the Hotel Madeline team to provide seamless service to our guests.

This role promotes a productive environment that allows the team to have quality guest interactions. You will lead a team of Ski Technicians and Ski Valet Technicians in delivering ski rental equipment to guests’ accommodations, planning future shifts, ensuring quality equipment, and answering guest questions on our services and products. You will also grow the business and share in that success.

We are looking for someone who has ownership, is self‑motivated, driven to succeed, and wants to grow this business.

• Full‑time employees receive 5 shifts per week – 7 am–5 pm or 8 am–close with a two‑hour ski break.
• Full‑time is considered a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• The start date for this position is November 20, 2023.
• We are also hiring for part‑time positions for this role.
• Part‑time shifts: 4 shifts per week – 7 am–close with a two‑hour ski break.
• Our schedule allows you to ski or ride any day you want.

• Full‑time Ski Valet Supervisor base wage: $25 per hour.
• All Ski Valet Supervisors receive a ski pass on their start date.
• 401K benefit and match for all staff members over 21 years old.

• Deliver ski/snowboard rentals and accessories to customer accommodations, ensuring guests are excited about their ski trip.
• Be on time:
  Arrive at the agreed‑upon time.
• Equipment:
  Provide the right equipment for each customer in great condition.
• Communication:
  Set clear expectations around the entire scope of service.
• Check equipment in and out of the valet, working directly with the hotel front desk team.
• Provide equipment support to customers and fellow ski technicians.
• Pickup equipment after the last ski or snowboard day of guests.
• Staging orders for future deliveries.
• Basic ski tuning, waxing and general maintenance of equipment.
• Organization and cleanliness of the shop.
• Answer and make calls to guests.
• Administrative work.
• Build relationships with the hotel team.
