Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive Table Games training program aligned with operational and regulatory requirements
- Establish training standards, curriculum, and certification processes for all Table Games positions
- Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics, audit results, and operational data; implement improvements based on findings
- Determine training priorities based on business needs, staffing levels, and compliance risk
- Exercise independent judgment in assessing team member skill levels, training readiness, and certification outcomes
- Provide formal recommendations regarding hiring, advancement, disciplinary action, and termination
- Partner with Table Games management to address performance gaps and implement corrective training strategies
- Ensure all training programs meet or exceed gaming regulatory requirements, ICMP standards, and internal controls
- Act as a subject matter expert on game protection, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures
- Identify compliance risks and proactively implement training solutions to mitigate exposure
- Support audit processes and regulatory reviews by ensuring training documentation and practices meet required standards
- Partner with HR, Compliance, and Operations to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals
- Communicate training needs, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
- Influence operational decisions through training data, performance insights, and compliance considerations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and independent decision-making
- Serve as a role model for company standards, guest service, and regulatory compliance
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:
Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
- Intermediate English reading and writing skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Flexible schedule required to meet needs to 24-7 business
- Communication skills that contribute to smooth working relationships with co-workers
- 3 years of Table Games experience
- Knowledge of dealing Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and House Banked Poker Games
- Must be able to supervise all table game variations
- In-depth knowledge of Colorado Gaming regulations
- Must have a valid Colorado Gaming License
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
