Description
Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 – $500 paid 90 days after hire; $500 paid 180 days after hire. Team members must be in good standing (no documented performance or attendance notes) to qualify for the bonus payout.

- Efficiently manage and maintain law and order, personnel, and resources
- Ensure all reports and correspondences are properly completed in a timely manner
- Patrol company property and protect assets
- Complete appropriate fills and runs using procedures, ensuring all documents are signed
- Document and write reports on all incidents
- Respond to and handle emergencies using proper methods and safety procedures
- Escort employees to appropriate bank for daily drops
- Ensure all guests are 21 years of age and can read and understand all forms of
- Communicate with surveillance and M.O.D. about events occurring on casino property
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Military/law enforcement background preferred
- 2‑3 years security experience preferred
- Minimum age 21
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado State Gaming License
- Ability to read and comprehend documentation
- Effective communication with all levels of employees and guests
- Ability to interface effectively with public and co‑workers
- Working knowledge of cash handling and State of Colorado gambling regulations and rules
Hourly rate: $20.00 – $24.00.
