Casino Host
You'll develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of guests, understanding their preferences, budgets, and what motivates them to visit. Then you'll curate experiences—premium room upgrades, dining reservations, entertainment perks, gaming opportunities, tournament invitations—that align with what they actually want. Your job is to make them feel known, valued, and eager to return while making sure that the guest relationship is profitable for us.
This isn't customer service. It's player development. You're reading the room, recognizing patterns, and building loyalty that translates into repeat visitation and increased gaming spend across our resort.
What success looks like:
- You own a portfolio of guests at various value tiers
- You're consistently increasing their frequency and lifetime value through thoughtful relationship management
- Your guests feel like VIPs—because you treat them that way
- You learn our systems (QCI, Konami Synkros, comps, reinvestment opportunities, amenities) and use them strategically
- You're hitting or exceeding your theo and retention targets quarter over quarter
What we're looking for:
- Sales background (any industry—realtors, sales reps, golf professionals, car sales, hospitality management)
- Genuine comfort with people; you're not performing, you're connecting
- Consultative selling mindset—you ask before you recommend
- Comfort with metrics and accountability
- Work ethic and follow-through
- Willingness to learn our systems and the casino industry
- A base in the local market or Colorado region is preferred
What you'll get:
- Competitive base salary + incentive compensation based on your portfolio performance
- Benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
- Training in casino operations and player development
- A real path into management or specialty host roles for high-value players
- The unique appeal of Cripple Creek—a established mining town market with strong visitation
Base salary starts at $57,784 annually, based on experience. Eligible for quarterly performance incentives through the Player Development bonus program, based on profitable assigned portfolio growth, new and reactivated player development, new-to-property guest development, and team results. Incentives are subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
