Table Game Dealer Training

• Training begins early July 2026.
• Training location:
  Monarch Casino Warehouse – 37899 Highway 40, Evergreen, CO 80439.
• Schedule:
  
  Early July 2026, twice a week for at least 6 hours per day.
• Training hours required: 240 hours and passing an audition to earn a position on the Monarch team.
• Part‑time positions are available.
• Training is free of charge.

• Dealers make minimum wage plus tips.
• Average part‑time dealer: $40,000–$50,000 per year.
• Average full‑time dealer: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

• Attend and complete dealer training.
• Deal accurately and procedurally correctly.
• Practice and support Monarch’s courtesy guidelines at all times while promoting outstanding guest relations.
• Handle customer transactions for buy‑ins and pay‑offs.
• Verify fills and credits of the game.
• Notify the Casino Games Supervisor of any irregularities in customer play or transactions during the shift.
• Takes losing bets and pays winning bets in accordance with house rules and procedures.
• Protect the game’s security and handle money and chips.
• All applicants/students must be able to pass a standard math test.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License.
• Positive attitude toward study.
• Skilled at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments.
• Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills, with the ability to deal with guests.
• Ability to speak and write English.
• Ability to excel at a competitive training program.
• Ability to communicate information clearly through spoken words.
• Ability to read and understand written information and instructions.
• Strong general mathematical skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and continuously use hands.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment criminal background check and drug screen.
