Automotive Service Advisor

Are you organized, motivated, and great with people? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our experienced team at a well-established shop that’s proudly served our community for over 35 years. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, customer-focused work with a reliable, supportive team.

• Greet customers and schedule appointments.
• Create detailed work orders for technicians.
• Build accurate estimates and communicate clearly with customers.
• Order parts efficiently.
• Answer and manage phone calls professionally.
• Adjust workflow to maximize technician productivity and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication & phone skills.
• Basic computer knowledge & typing skills.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus - but not required. We will train the right person!

• 40 hours per week.
